The Role
Reporting to the Finance Business Manager the responsibilities of the role will include,
* Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
* Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
* Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic financial plans aligned with organisational objectives
* Provide support to the Senior Business Advisor and Finance Business Manager
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce or related field
* Proven experience in finance roles, preferably within the healthcare sector
* Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management softwareExceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
