Customer Success Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our South Australia/Northern Territory retail team as a Customer Success Specialist. This role combines sales, marketing, and customer engagement responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to drive business growth through consultative selling, category management, and in-store brand advocacy.
As a key member of our retail team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive revenue growth across multiple accounts. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail customers, including store management, paint teams, and independent store owners.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to influence the growth of Dulux branded products and services, driving both revenue and market share. With a proactive and customer-focused approach, you'll help deliver exceptional outcomes for both the business and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strategic relationships with retail customers, including store managers, paint teams, and independent retailers.
* Drive sales growth through consultative selling, category management, and in-store brand advocacy.
* Deliver training, demonstrations, and brand ambassador activities to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of retail strategies and programs.
