About Our Client

Job Description

* Interpretation of Awards and application of data under review
* Support the Payroll Manager during the fortnightly pay period with general enquiries, termination calculations, correction calculations and during payroll processing each fortnight to ensure accuracy
* Support end of financial year processes
* Assist with the rollout of new payroll processes and provide feedback on payroll system & HRIS best practice
* Oversee system configurations
* Support Big 4 consultancy with the extraction and interpretation of time & attendance data + data validation
* Liaising with current and former employees around remediation activities
* Processing remediation payments

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

* A strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
* Proficiency in payroll systems and software.
* Experience managing end-to-end payroll processing.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Problem-solving skills to address and resolve payroll discrepancies.
