Gatton Jubilee Golf Course is a thriving 18-hole facility with more than 300 members, strong daily visitor volume, our relaxed atmosphere, and a friendly environment where everyone feels at home.
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and energetic General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive the next stage of our growth. This is a hands-on leadership rolecovering operations, staffing, customer experience, administration, marketing, finance, and strategic planning on and off the course.
You will bring strong commercial discipline, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to develop a positive, high-performing team culture. Delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for members and visitors sits at the heart of this role.

What You'll Do
* Lead day-to-day operations across the entire facility
* Manage clubhouse, pokies, retail, restaurant ,and front-of-house teams
* Oversee stock and inventory management, including ordering, cost control and supplier coordination
* Recruit, train, develop and support operational staff
* Work collaboratively with the Greens Team on course standards, scheduling and resource planning
* Oversee membership administration, renewals and member communication
* Deliver competitions, events, group bookings and marketing/promotional activities
* Ensure full compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements, and represent the business at licence-holder level
* Uphold WHS compliance and ensure clean, safe and well-presented facilities
* Maintain a visible, approachable presence across the course and clubhouse

What We're Looking For
* Strong experience in golf operations or golf-club management
* Hands-on leadership style — visible, proactive, positive and approachable
* Solid commercial, IT and financial literacy (Xero and finchcorp experience an advantage)
* Proven ability to plan, prioritise and deliver operational improvements
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine customer-first approach
* Flexibility to work peak periods as operationally required
