What You'll Be Doing
* Scheduling & Dispatching Technicians – Assign jobs based on location, priority, and skillset.
* Managing Customer Bookings – Coordinate repairs, follow-ups, and confirmations.
* Handling Client Communication – Liaise with real estate, property managers, and commercial clients.
* Supporting the Service Manager – Track jobs, assist technicians, and help streamline processes.
* Updating Job Systems – Maintain accurate data for invoicing and reporting.
* Problem-Solving on the Go – Adjust schedules quickly when urgent repairs arise.

Who We're Looking For
* Experience in scheduling, dispatch, or administration (trade or service industry preferred).
* Excellent organisation, multitasking, and communication skills.
* Confident under pressure and focused on customer satisfaction.
* Experience using Tradify, CRM, or scheduling software (preferred but not essential).
* A team player who takes pride in keeping operations seamless.
