About This Opportunity
Senior Project Officer, Integrated Projects – a full‐time fixed–term position through to June 2029 at UQ International Development. Located on the St Lucia campus, you will coordinate end‐to‐end delivery of complex, meaningful ACIAR and DFAT programmes within a collaborative, high‐performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate elements of the project delivery cycle, including planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation across multiple concurrent projects.
* Support tender, technical and financial proposal development, including budget formulation, team identification and project handovers.
* Provide high‐quality project administration, reporting, documentation and secretariat support to ensure compliance with agreed methodologies and stakeholder requirements.
* Facilitate effective communication and information sharing across project teams and with diverse domestic and international stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
About You
* A bachelor's degree with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
* Demonstrated experience providing project coordination and/or administrative support, ideally within international development or a related sector.
* Developing understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
* Strong time‐management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
* Advanced written and oral communication skills, confident in engaging diverse domestic and international stakeholders.
* Experience supporting stakeholder engagement across government, donors, academic and industry partners.
* Advanced capability in Excel and project‐management tools such as Smartsheet, or the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
* Subject‐matter knowledge of the international development sector, including funding mechanisms and delivery requirements.

Salary and Conditions
Base salary will be in the range $95,361 – $102,302 + super (HEW Level6).
