Eureka owns a rapidly expanding portfolio of villages and is a property manager of more than 50 villages nationally, representing over 2800 units.Our values of compassion, fun, community and being motivated by doing better help to shape our ways of work and the people who want to work with us.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Payable Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable function while playing a key role in the implementation and optimisation of financial systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-volume payables processes, leading teams, and successfully delivering finance system implementations or upgrades in a hands-on environment.Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments and ownership of individual account portfolio within a highly manual system (MYOB).Lead, mentor, and develop the AP team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.Own the AP ledger, including supplier reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Lead or support the implementation, upgrade, or integration of finance and ERP systems, acting as the AP subject matter expert.About YouProven experience in a similar Accounts Payable Manager or Senior AP role.Demonstrable experience leading or significantly contributing to financial systems implementations (e.g., SAP, Business Central, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.).Strong understanding of accounts payable best practices, controls, and compliance requirements.Excellent systems knowledge, with advanced Excel skills and ERP system proficiency.Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.Why Join Eureka?Retail, travel, and health service discounts.Health and wellness resources through our Employee Support Program.Flexible and hybrid working options available.Career development opportunities in a rapidly growing organisation.A purpose-driven role where your work makes a tangible impact.Eureka Villages is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
