ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
This role plays a key part in coordinating and supporting the delivery of marketing activity for two powerhouse global brands, Reebok and Superdry, across Australia and New Zealand. Working closely with the Licensed Brands Marketing team, you'll support campaign execution, content delivery and day-to-day marketing activity across digital, retail, wholesale and social channels in a fast-paced, brand-led environment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Supporting the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and BAU activity across digital, social, email, POS, retail and wholesale channels.
* Assisting with content briefing, copy development and campaign documentation aligned to Monthly Channel Plans and Go-To-Market calendars.
* Supporting social media, PR, influencer and creator activity, including talent coordination, seeding and sample management.
* Coordinating wholesale, concessions and retail marketing activity, including Local Area Marketing initiatives and campaign communication packs.
* Assisting with campaign and content photoshoots and managing asset libraries across both brands.
* Providing marketing administration support including reporting, project coordination, budget tracking and invoice management.
* Working cross-functionally with planning, wholesale, digital and group marketing teams to deliver cohesive brand outcomes.
ABOUT YOU
* 1-2 years' experience in a marketing or communications role, supported by a relevant qualification.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves across day-to-day marketing activity.
* Creative, curious and passionate about brands, fashion, sport or performance.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and project management tools (Asana experience advantageous).
* Experience in retail, fashion, sport or performance marketing will be highly regarded.
