Nine is seeking multiple dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Australian Customer Service Centre team. Both full‐time permanent and maximum‐term contracts are offered for immediate starts.
As a core member of the team, you will engage directly with customers who subscribe to Australia's most trusted publications, including The Sydney Morning Herald, The Australian Financial Review and The Age. The role also supports enquiries related to our digital and broadcast on‐demand services, Nine.com.au, and 9Now.
Start date & Availability
We have multiple immediate openings with a mandatory start date of Thursday, April 30th.
Work Arrangement
Primarily remote (work‐from‐home). Candidates must be available to attend in‐person induction training sessions at our North Sydney office during the initial onboarding phase or as required.
Shift Schedule
The Customer Service Team operates on a 7‐day rotational roster. Candidates must be available to work shifts within the following operating hours:
* Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 6 pm
* Saturday & Sunday: 7:30 am – 11 am (every 3 weeks)

* Deliver exceptional verbal and written support that consistently exceeds performance metrics.
* Efficiently handle and resolve complex customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, and web forms.
* Drive business growth by making appropriate product and sales offers and effectively handling objections.
Qualifications
* Exceptional customer service skills with active listening, genuine empathy and strong verbal and written communication.
* Proactive, positive, and resilient attitude, enthusiastic about learning new skills and contributing to the team.
* High comfort level navigating multiple concurrent software applications and communication tools.
* Proven ability to use persuasive, value‐driven communication to maximise customer loyalty and longevity.
