Sales Executive Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leading industry experts, Defence personnel, and professionals invested in Australia's security.
* Strategically manage high-level customers and their needs, delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
* Understand and support the current and future needs of the Australian Defence Force, driving business growth through effective partnerships.
* Build strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and vendors to deliver results-driven solutions that exceed customer needs.
* Maintain seamless communication across internal teams for efficient service provision.
* Engage with vendors to identify new opportunities and drive business development.
Requirements
* 7+ years of sales experience, preferably within a Defence Industry environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in delivering bids and proposals aligned with defence and federal government standards.
* A robust network and strong networking skills within the industry.
* Ability to lead and direct others towards shared business objectives.
* In-depth understanding of the ICT sector, with a focus on Defence operational readiness.
* NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance minimum.
This role requires hands-on engagement, relationship-building, proposal development, and results-driven delivery to enhance Defence operational readiness.
