The Zarraffa's Coffee Edmonton Store currently has positions available for Supervisors and Baristas to join their enthusiastic team.

Barista responsibilities will include:
* Amazing Customer Service
* Cashing Orders
* Making Coffee
Supervisor responsibilities also include the below tasks:
* Reconcile till
* Supervise fellow staff
* Stock control
* Responding to customer feedback
* Food assembly responsibilities
* Responsible for open & closing of store
As a Supervisor you are expected to be highly professional, dynamic, organised, motivated and take "ownership" of successful stores. You should be disciplined and prepared to lead a hard-working team by example, in a very fast paced work environment. You must be capable of following through with staff development, be proactive in store marketing, have excellent communication skills and be responsible for the growth of the store. Full training and support will be provided, and you will be reporting to the Manager/Franchisees.
The positions are full-time, part-time, and casual offering 20-40 hours per week. Seven-day flexibility is required including weekends.
Previous experience is preferred.
