Job Description:
This role is pivotal in the success of our operations, serving as a liaison between clients and our chauffeurs.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of our fleet, with a focus on efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Timely dispatching of bookings
* Allocating and dispatching appropriate vehicle types based on client bookings
* Monitoring vehicles on GPS screens
* Handling incoming and outgoing calls
* Ensuring seamless handovers during shifts, including accurate job allocation and flight checks
* Collaborating with the team to optimize fleet utilization
* Working effectively under pressure and adapting to changing circumstances
* Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail
* Being a reliable, adaptable, and flexible team player, particularly with regard to shift changes
* Having comprehensive knowledge of the Gold Coast and surrounding areas
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of organization and time management
* Familiarity with Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and surrounding areas
* Experience in customer service or a related field
