QUALIFICATIONS
To join Viva Leisure as a PT, you are required to hold the below as updated and valid:
* ABN
* CPR
* First Aid
* Fitness Registration (our preferred provider is FITREC but other providers such as Fitness Australia are acceptable)
* Certificate IV in Personal Training
* Insurance (professional indemnity cover up to $5,000,000 & Public Liability up to $10,000,000)
KEY OPPORTUNITIES
To ensure a high quality of service to our members we provide our Personal Trainers with initial and ongoing support, including;
* A comprehensive induction program and ongoing professional development
* Potential client leads and access to an existing client base
* Business support systems
* Opportunities for additional work running Small Group Fitness classes, as well as hours available assisting on Gym Floor or Member Service
* Ongoing business planning and packaging
* Internal and external marketing
* Support to help you build a great PT business
