About the role
We are seeking an experienced Retail Butcher to join our team at Perry Quality Meats in Manning, WA 6152. As a fulltime Retail Butcher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and producing high-quality meat products to meet the demands of our loyal customer base.
What you'll be doing
Cutting, trimming, and preparing a variety of meat products to customer specifications
Providing knowledgeable and friendly customer service, offering product recommendations and cooking advice
Maintaining a clean and organised work area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
Working collaboratively with the wider retail team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Retail Butcher, with a strong understanding of meat cutting techniques and product knowledge
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide tailored recommendations to customers
Valuable attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
Strong time management and organisational skills to manage a fast-paced retail environment
A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
