We're a vibrant Mexican restaurant obsessed with bold flavours, fresh produce, and heartfelt hospitality. We take pride in delivering a consistently excellent experience — from the plate to the playlist — and we're looking for someone ready to lead the charge and grow with us.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading daily operations with energy, professionalism, and a strong floor presence
* Driving guest satisfaction and strong NPS/Google ratings through great food, fast service, and genuine hospitality
* Ensuring food, beverage, and service standards are consistently high across all areas
* Coaching FOH & BOH teams through on-shift training, regular feedback, and leading by example
* Managing recruitment, onboarding, and progression of high-performing team members
* Owning rosters, payroll accuracy, and team scheduling in line with labour targets
* Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and venue compliance standards
* Overseeing inventory, stock control, and cost management
* Running team meetings and cultural initiatives that drive engagement and alignment
* Setting and executing goals that support financial success and business growth
* Working at least 3 peak shifts per week to lead from the front when it counts most
What You Bring
* Experience in hospitality or restaurant leadership (1–3 years preferred)
* Strong people skills and a team-first attitude
* A calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure
* Passion for service, quality, and guest satisfaction
* Great communication, organisation, and time management skills
