At Ability Action Australia, we deliver Allied Health services including Occupational Therapy. Our team supports thousands of NDIS participants across Australia.
Your Role
* You'll support NDIS participants in a community setting by managing a varied caseload and delivering therapeutic services in line with participant goals.
* You'll assess emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function to develop evidence-based treatment goals and interventions tailored to each individual.
* You'll recommend assistive technology and environmental modifications for increased independence.
* You'll maintain compliance with current legislation and best-practice standards.
What We're Looking For
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* A proactive and innovative mindset, with a genuine desire to make a difference.
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team.
