Job Title: New Build Electrical Estimator
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to deliver accurate and competitive quotes for new build projects. This is a key role in our organization, responsible for estimating electrical works for residential, commercial, and industrial new builds.
Responsibilities:
* Estimate electrical works for residential, commercial, and industrial new builds
* Interpret drawings and specs to determine materials, labour, and equipment
* Prepare BOQs, cost breakdowns, and tender submissions
* Work with suppliers and subcontractors to source pricing
* Collaborate with project and site teams to align budgets and scope
* Maintain cost databases and identify risks, savings, and opportunities
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator (new builds preferred)
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction methods
* Confident reading plans and using estimating tools
* High accuracy, great communication, and strong commercial awareness
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines
