About This Opportunity
This Full-Time role involves working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Supervise and support a team of educators to ensure high-quality care and education
* Maintain open communication with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Diploma or Certificate III in Children's Services
* Proven experience as an educator in an early childhood setting
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
