Branch Customer Advisor – Banking – Armidale
Deliver a seamless, consistent, and tailored customer experience every day.
Responsibilities
* Support NAB's Hills Region Branches by being the first point of contact for customers and putting them at the centre of everything you do.
* Identify the most suitable products and services for customers, such as account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
* Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self‐service and digital) for customers, making banking simple, easy and secure.

* A team player with a keen eye for detail ensuring every transaction is efficient and accurate.

Hours
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00 am – 4:30 pm; Thursday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
Location & Travel
Your home branch will be Armidale, but you will also be required to cover Walcha, Tamworth and Glen Innes branches. A licence and transport are essential. Mileage will be paid.
