About The Role
* Lead and manage the delivery of comprehensive HR Services, encompassing employee relations, learning and development, and HR process support.
* Serve as a strategic HR business partner to regional leadership, driving organisational effectiveness and transformational change.
* Support strategy execution and country-specific initiatives.
* Provide strategic guidance for upcoming Enterprise Bargaining Agreement negotiations.

Essential Requirements
* Proven track record in strategic HR business partnership roles.
* Strong experience in employee relations and HR process management.
* Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve organisational effectiveness.
* Experience navigating complex matrix organisations.
Desirable Background
* Manufacturing industry experience or similar industries such as FMCG or Retail.
* Global organisational experience.
* Previous involvement in enterprise bargaining or similar negotiations.
