Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
2. Proven experience in IT service continuity, preferably in a leadership role.
3. Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Certification in IT service continuity, such as the Certified Service Continuity Professional (CSCP).
2. Experience with service continuity tools and software.
3. Knowledge of cloud computing and disaster recovery.
