ABOUT THE ROLE
Utilise your passion for the dental industry and patient care in this pivotal role as a Practice Manager. You will take responsibility for the key performance areas that make the practice successful while working alongside the team.

This is a fully integrated, multi-specialty dental groupfocused on acquiring and growing dental practices throughout Australia. This role is offering a unique opportunity to grow and upskill with the practice long-term.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Demonstrated ability in effectively managing staff, patients and visitors
* High process improvement focus
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Implementing and maintaining stock orders and staff rosters
* Liaising with the marketing manager to drive initiatives
* Financial administration : Relating the patient statistics to revenue generation and marketing patient monitors to measure success
* Ensuring standard operating procedures are followed and monthly reporting accurately covers KPI's adherence
