Qualifications
Trade qualified Commis Chef with experience in a hotel kitchen environment
5-star standard of Food-Preparation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Able to work in a team, reporting to the Head Chef
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HACCP, able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
