Key Job Requirements:
* At least 3+ years experience in process or plant engineering within waste-processing, bioenergy, or relevant industry.
* Mechanical Fitter qualification with 3+ years industry experience.
* Forklift license preferred but not essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
* Full working rights in Australia and current Australian Driver License required.

The selected candidate will ensure all quality control procedures are followed to high standards and oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are necessary for this role.
