Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team in an Office Manager role. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face and confident organiser who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.


About the Role

* Be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers and visitors, providing an exceptional customer experience every time.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and assist our site and design teams.
* Manage administrative tasks, contract documentation and project records with accuracy and care.
* Lead and support office-based staff to deliver high-quality service across all touchpoints.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business growth.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail and time management, a positive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
