Key Role: Recruitment Officer/Mobilisation Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our dynamic team in this exciting dual role. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and mobilising personnel for shutdown work across various client sites.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage Job Advertisements: Create and publish job ads to attract top talent and ensure effective recruitment processes.
* Screen Applicants: Evaluate candidate applications and facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure seamless integration into the team.
* Coordinate Training and Mobilisation: Arrange training sessions, compliance checks, and travel arrangements to ensure all personnel are adequately prepared for their roles.
* Liaise with Clients: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring efficient mobilisation and access arrangements.
* Maintain Labour Lists: Manage accurate labour lists and site entry documentation across multiple shutdowns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Highly Organised: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proactive Attitude: Drive to get the job done and adapt to changing circumstances.
* Experience in Rapid Crews and/or INX: Desirable but not essential (training provided).
