Air Navigator Pty Ltd (associated entity of Aerlink Pty Ltd) is a leading aviation charter service companies seeking an experienced procurement specialist for the Corporate Office located in Nundah, Brisbane. The role will assist the activities of stores and the material maintenance process in line with manufacturers and operational requirements.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Monitoring inventory levels of materials
· Raising purchase orders, record keeping and stock traceability.
· Local and international sourcing and purchasing
· Monitoring local and international shipments and working close with freight forwarders and customs officials
· Maintaining and developing excellent customer relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Vendor contract negotiations
· Goods receipts / dispatching as well as shipping and freight monitoring
· Periodic stock takes
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· Degree in Business Management or Supply, Science, Industrial Engineering or similar discipline
· At least 5 years of experience in Planner/ Buyer, Procurement, Supply or Logistics
· Warehouse and logistics experience
· High level of written and oral communication skills
· High level of skill within Microsoft suite.
· Ability to work within a team
· Must have good written and oral communication skills
