About the Role We're looking for a Team Leader to join a well-established retail store in Melville.
In this hands-on leadership position, you'll support store operations, drive sales performance, and create a safe, engaging workplace where your team and customers thrive.
You'll play a key role in coaching team members, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring every customer receives expert advice and genuine service.

Salary package from $72k
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a small, close-knit team
Deliver outstanding customer experiences across retail and trade
Provide expert colour and product advice, including paint tinting and mixing
Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock control
Maintain a high standard of store presentation and safety compliance
Process sales transactions and end-of-day reports
Build lasting relationships with customers and trade clients
Support deliveries and in-store promotions as required
About You
Previous experience in retail, trade, or paint-related environments
Proven leadership or supervisory experience with strong coaching ability
Confident communicator with a genuine passion for customer engagement
Strong time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a hands-on role, including manual handling
Tech-savvy with POS or stock management system experience
Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
Current driver's licence required
