Wolf Web Designs is a Perth-based digital studio helping small businesses grow through conversion-focused websites, branding, SEO, and digital marketing.
We're looking for a skilled Wix Website Designer to support our team with ongoing website updates, fixes, and overflow website builds when our primary designer is backlogged.
This role is ideal for someone who knows Wix inside-out, cares about clean structure and SEO, and enjoys working within an established agency process — without client chaos or guesswork.
About the Role
This role has two core components:
Minor Website Changes & Fixes (Ongoing)
Supporting existing client websites with updates, tweaks, and improvements.
Full Website Builds (As Needed)
Taking ownership of complete Wix website builds during busy periods.
You'll work closely with the internal team, following Wolf Web Designs' templates, systems, and quality standards.
This is a secondary designer role, perfect for an experienced Wix designer looking for consistent overflow work with flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Wix Website Updates & Fixes
* Implement content updates, layout changes, and styling tweaks
* Fix mobile responsiveness and usability issues
* Resolve bugs, broken elements, and minor functionality problems
* Ensure websites remain clean, polished, and client-ready
Full Wix Website Builds
* Build full websites in Wix Editor / Wix Studio based on supplied briefs
* Follow established design systems and best practices
* Ensure websites are intuitive, scalable, and easy for clients to manage
* Prepare websites for launch, including final QA checks
SEO Implementation (Must-Have)
* Apply on-page SEO best practices across all builds
* Optimise title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and page structure
* Ensure logical hierarchy, clean URLs, and SEO-friendly layouts
Ownership & Reliability (Important)

Required Skills & Experience
* Strong, proven experience with Wix (non-negotiable)
* Ability to provide a portfolio or live Wix website examples
* Solid understanding of layout, UX, and responsive design
* Strong on-page SEO knowledge
* Ability to work within existing processes and templates
* Reliable communication and professionalism
Highly Desirable
* Experience with WordPress and/or Shopify
* Experience or interest in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
* Agency or freelance experience working across multiple client websites
