Warragul Toyota is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our New & Used Vehicle Sales team and drive continued growth across the dealership.
This is a key leadership role within a high-performing, customer-focused Toyota dealership, offering the opportunity to shape sales strategy, mentor a strong team, and represent one of Australia's most trusted automotive brands.

About the Role
Reporting to the Dealer Principal & General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, leadership and profitability of the Sales Department. This includes:
* Leading, coaching and developing the New & Used Vehicle Sales team
* Driving sales volume, gross profit and KPI performance
* Managing stock levels, pricing strategy and vehicle mix
* Supporting a finance-first conversation and effective collaboration with Finance & Insurance
* Ensuring exceptional customer experience and compliance with Toyota standards
* Analysing sales data and implementing initiatives to maximise results
* Maintaining a visible leadership presence on the sales floor

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader within automotive retail
* Strong leadership, coaching and performance management skills
* Commercial insight with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth
* A customer-first mindset aligned with Toyota's brand values
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Experience working with dealer management systems TUNE and sales reporting
* A current Australian driver's licence
Toyota experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right candidate.
