What’s The Role: We're seeking experienced Fulltime Forklift Drivers to join our team. It is an exciting opportunity to join our industry leading transportation company and play a key role in assisting hundreds of Australian businesses to meet their transport needs. Lindsay Transport is Australia’s largest fresh produce transporter, delivering temperature-sensitive freight to major markets and grocery distribution centres. Shift times available: 2am and 730am Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Safe Always – Demonstrating safe work practices, leading by example and promoting a safe work culture. Temperature Sensitive Freight – working with and understanding temperature sensitive freight, ensuring the safe and timely handling. Freight Handling – Loading and unloading vehicles; moving freight to and from storage areas; Primarily loading dry, fresh, refrigerated, frozen freight onto trailers for distribution. Load Management & Accuracy – Load trucks in accordance with the load sheet Equipment Operation – Stabilisation equipment is used as required. What You’ll Bring: Have a valid & current forklift licence and experience in this class Have warehouse and pick, packing and stocktaking experience Have experience loading and unloading trucks Have refrigeration experience (preferred) Be reliable and punctual with good communication skills Be able to adhere to transport documentation What We Offer: Career development opportunities in a growing organisation.
