About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee branch operations, ensuring safety, performance, and excellent customer service.
Your role will involve leading a team of customer service and workshop professionals, managing branch KPIs related to revenue, fleet utilization, and customer loyalty, and fostering a cohesive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure safety for your team and customers
* Motivate and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer service
* Develop quotes, process purchase orders, and manage hire agreements
* Oversee Asset Management
* Manage branch P&L and KPIs around fleet and customer metrics
