About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated Civil Plant Offsider to join our team. In this role, you'll assist our Civil trainers in delivering onsite training in a simulated work environment to students pursuing a Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations.
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations (RII30820)
* Current driver's licence and relevant plant tickets
* Proven experience in operating plant machinery
* Background in the Civil Construction or Resources Industries
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments
* Strong work ethic with a high regard for safety
* Excellent communication skills
