What you'll do
* Build and maintain an AI customer support agent to resolve Instant AI support tickets for customers.
* Work alongside our Technical Writer to automate customer support processes.
* Drive the technical implementation of other high-impact, cross-functional Operations initiatives.
* Maintain and optimise the technical infrastructure owned by our Operations team for scale.
About you
* A strong technical problem-solver, looking for their next challenge.
* A recent graduate or early-career professional with a background or strong interest in development, AI, or related technical fields.
* Experience building solutions for technical problems
* Especially solutions that integrate multiple systems
* Passion projects, contributing to open source repos
* Experience in a fast-paced environment, and keen to work in a high growth startup environment.
* Tech curious, eager to learn, and excited to help shape how support scales across thousands of fast growing brands.
* Curious, adaptable, and quick to learn new tools, with a knack for troubleshooting technical issues.
