Scheduler - Full Time (Permanent)
Redink Homes are on the search for an experienced Scheduler to join our Scheduling team based in Osborne Park, in a permanent full-time position.
Responsible for effectively compiling accurate 'Bill of Quantities' ensuring all materials and resources required are sourced from the 'Price Book' and scheduled in line with the construction plan. The role will be accountable for liaising with suppliers to ensure the ordering of materials, including on-site extras are delivered to site to support the build process and achieve build targets.

Key responsibilities
* Department tracking
* Providing support to scheduling team and construction team
* Compile and analyse cost control reporting
* Monitor the progress and budgets of construction projects
* Approving and processing invoices, and
* Resolve issues related to Scheduling and when necessary, escalating to the appropriate Manager for resolution
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years industry experience
* Experience with Databuild and Microsoft Excel (ideal)
* Good organizational and time management skills

Legal Requirements
The successful applicant will be required to provide a Police Clearance valid within 3 months of commencement and are expected to have current and valid work rights in Australia.
