ABOUT BETHANY CHRISTIAN CARE
Bethany Christian Care is a not-for-profit aged care provider established in 1949. We have two facilities: The Plains Retirement Village at Eight Mile Plains and Janoah Gardens Retirement Village at Manly West.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quality Management
* Monitor compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
* Support internal audit scheduling, completion and follow‐up
* Maintain policies, procedures and forms
* Assist with preparation for external audits
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Risk Management
* Assist with recording and monitoring organisational and resident risks
* Maintain risk registers
* Prepare risk reports for leadership and Board meetings
Feedback & Complaints
* Monitor feedback and complaints to ensure timely follow‐up
* Support open disclosure processes
* Communicate with residents, families and advocates when gathering feedback
Systems & Process Support
* Contribute to process mapping and implementation
* Assist with data analysis, dashboards and reporting
* Participate in quality and workflow improvement projects

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
* Available to work Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM
* Part-time role with the potential to transition into a full‐time position
* Ability to perform the administrative and analytical functions of the role
* Excellent attention to detail
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to analyse data and prepare accurate reports
* Willingness to learn aged care quality and compliance
* Alignment with our Christian mission - this role would suit a practising Christian.
