About the role: Quality Assurance Technician
Comgroup Supplies Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join our manufacturing team in our Carole Park, QLD facility. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. This will be a pre-operational position starting at 3:00am finishing at 11:00am.
What you'll be doing
Working knowledge of food Safety standards, HACCP and GMP
Documenting and reporting on quality control measures and any identified issues
Strong attention to detail.
Cross-functional collaboration capabilities
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality records and documentation
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and make sound decisions.
Problem-solving skills to support investigation issues.
Good computer skills including the Microsoft suite.
What we're looking for
Pre-operational activities conducting hygiene and sanitation verification.
Identifies and investigates adherence to specification.
Verification of corrective and preventative actions.
Provides hands-on support to production and quality teams.
Ensures products meet the required quality and compliance standards through regular checks and monitoring of production processes.
Verifies the process flow of products to ensure accurate flow to specification. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Completes GMP reporting and corrective action follow-ups.
Monitors equipment calibration and ensures line clearance compliance.
Verify packaging integrity and compliance to requirements
