The Allied Health Performance and Strategy Support Leader (AHPSSL) is responsible for providing support to the Executive Director for Allied Health and the Allied Health Leadership Group to make evidence based business decisions.
The AHPSSL will work in collaboration with Allied health, clinical streams, hubs and other units to improve the provision of high quality allied health services to the consumers of the ISLHD.
The AHPSSL will support local and state wide solutions to improve the care provided by allied health clinicians.
This role provides expert advice and guidance to Allied Health services to meet the organisational objectives. This role will develop and implement strategies to drive a process of continuous business improvement.
