**The Role** 
- Managing a small portfolio of HIGH END residential complexes 
- Liaising with owners/tenants 
- Arrange quotations, repairs and maintenance for works required 
- Running AGM's 
- Periodic inspections 
- Managing and supporting a team of 8 BCM's, reporting to the Head Of Strata 
- Oversee and mentor 2 x Junior staff members 
**The Requirements** 
- **Previous Strata industry experience is essential**: 
- Strong communication skills and a team player 
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task 
- Experience in a similar Team Leader or Supervisory role desired
