Seeking a talented and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse to join our Community Health team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of rural or remote healthcare patients.
As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary health services within your competency levels to meet planned health outcomes.
This role provides clinical services as part of core community health programs such as immunisation, school health, and child health. The nurse is responsible for providing quality patient care and contributing to the development and implementation of primary health programs.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and ability to implement health promotion principles into clinical practice, develop and evaluate primary health programs, and experience in Community Health Nursing and immunisation services. Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team are essential.
Possession of or progress towards a certificate in Child & Community Health Nursing is preferred. This role requires a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development and implementation of primary health programs.
