Primary Objective: The overall objective of the Older Australians Wellbeing Program is to deliver mental health support to older Australians, their communities and aged care staff. Through building workforce capacity and improving system integration for aged care services and communities, the program aims to improve social emotional wellbeing for older Australians. This vacancy may be available in either Alice Springs or Darwin subject to negotiation with the successful applicant.
