Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurate and timely processing of payroll in line with Health Industry Awards, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs), and internal policies and procedures.
* Providing expert advice on payroll matters, guiding staff on EBA entitlements, coordinating payroll reports, managing data entry and filing, troubleshooting issues, coding leave forms, and generating reports through Pay Global and RosterOn.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. They should have knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and regulations.
