The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Salesperson to join our new Dealership in Launceston. As part of a small team, you will work autonomously at times, requiring self-motivation and a can-do attitude.

Although experience within the caravan industry is preferred, candidates from the boat or automotive industries may also be considered. You will be required to work from our Dealership and attend leisure shows and exhibitions to represent our brands.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell our products to prospective customers through relationship-based approaches.
* Demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers, assisting them in selecting the best options for their needs.
* Research new prospective customers and gather relevant information to assess their potential.
* Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
* Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups.
* Identify competitors and compare our products and services.
* Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
* Achieve agreed-upon sales targets set in conjunction with the Dealer Manager.
* Stay up-to-date with product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends.

Requirements

* Holding current Australian working rights.
* Valid Driver's Licence.
* Excellent customer sales and service skills.
* Ability to identify and exceed customers' expectations.
* Attention to detail and commitment to working to a high standard of finish.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate in a collaborative environment.
* Interest in problem-solving and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Effective time management, task allocation, and priority assignment, along with personal organization.
