Job Description

Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly customer service extraordinaire with a strong knowledge of the World of Melbourne to join our Concierge team as a Porter / Concierge.

About the Role

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager, your responsibilities as a Porter / Concierge include:

* Being the first point of contact and greeting our guests with a warm welcome every time.
* Provide exceptional service to our guests in every interaction by anticipating their needs, responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
* Share your knowledge and passion for Melbourne.
* Be the face of our hotel showing pride with each interaction.
* Welcome our guests and make them feel special.
* Assist guests with general enquiries and luggage requests.
* Valet parking of cars.
* General Porter duties as required.

Qualifications

About You

* A valid Australian driving license.
* Great communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for customer service and finding solutions.
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with multiple priorities.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Reliability and flexibility to work a rotating roster across 7 days.
