You will be joining a collaborative group with approachable partners who are known for mentoring and giving lawyers hands‐on responsibility.
The role
This is an opportunity to move into a busy and growing Environment & Planning practice.
Working closely with experienced partners, you will be involved in a broad mix of matters including planning disputes, environmental compliance and enforcement, and advisory work on developments and approvals.
The role will have a litigation and advisory split, and will suit a litigator or lawyer from a government, construction or regulatory background looking to specialise in planning & environment. You will be given direct client contact and encouraged to develop your own profile in the space.
What we need
You should have around 2–6 years' post admission experience and be working at a recognised, quality practice. Experience in litigation, government, construction or a related area will be well regarded, along with a genuine interest in Environment & Planning.
This role is not suited to grads or those without relevant legal experience.
