Part of Sime Motors Australia, SD Autobody specialises in restoring high-end cars to showroom perfection. We are currently seeking an energetic and professional Receptionist to be the face of our fast-paced, premium workshop.
The Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients assisting with enquiries, coordinating with insurance companies and ensuring a seamless repair experience.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Answer incoming calls and respond to client enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
* Liaise with insurance companies to facilitate the claims and repair process and obtain necessary approvals.
* Utilise Insurer systems and iBody software to track repairs and updates.
* Process invoices and ensure accurate billing for services rendered.
* Keep clients informed about the status of their vehicle repairs providing timely updates and managing expectations.
* Assist in resolving client concerns or complaints ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer service preferably in the automotive or insurance industry.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficient in using software systems; experience with iBody or similar programs is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
* A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
