THE ROLE
As our CRM Marketing Specialist, you’ll manage and optimise customer communications across Email, SMS, WhatsApp and Web Push, driving engagement and revenue through targeted campaigns and automated customer journeys.
Working closely with our marketing and ecommerce teams, you’ll play a key role in improving the customer experience and lifetime value across our brands. This role requires a balance of campaign execution and lifecycle strategy, including working with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools and the NW loyalty program.
Key Responsibilities Include
Planning and executing CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp and Web PushSupporting major promotions, product launches and brand campaignsBuilding and optimising automated lifecycle journeys (welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, reactivation etc.)Developing customer segmentation strategies based on behaviour and purchase dataSupporting CRM automation linked to the Nutrition Warehouse loyalty programRunning A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion and revenueAnalysing campaign performance and optimising resultsMaintaining CRM templates, deliverability and data qualitySupporting initiatives to grow our owned marketing databases
What You’ll Bring
4–7 years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automationHands-on experience managing campaigns across Email, SMS, push or messaging channelsExperience building automated customer journeysExperience using CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Dotdigital or similarExperience working with Shopify or ecommerce platformsStrong analytical and data-driven mindsetExcellent organisation and stakeholder collaboration skillsA Marketing, Communications or related degreeHungry to drive up revenue through identifying new consumer opportunities
