About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Store Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Team Success: Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
* Lead from the Floor: Champion floor leadership to ensure a seamless shopping experience for guests.
* Develop Team Members: Develop and coach Product Guides to unlock their potential and support the store in reaching targets.
* Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations to maximize sell-through and drive business results.
* Community Engagement: Network with partners to support events and engage with the community.
About You:
* You have 1-2 years of retail experience and 1+ years of leadership experience.
* You are a natural leader who excels at unlocking someone's full potential.
* You have a passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional experience.
* You seek and offer relevant feedback, coaching, and development.
