Job Opportunity

We seek a skilled professional to assume the role of Receptionist. As the face of our organization, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a full-time capacity.


Main Responsibilities:

* Welcome visitors and clients with courtesy and professionalism
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with efficiency and tact
* Offer secretarial assistance to practitioners and administration staff
* Maintain an organized reception area at all times


Essential Qualifications:

* Previous experience as a Legal Receptionist or similar role is highly desirable
* Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are paramount
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general office equipment is essential
