Sales Coordinator Role
This is a key role in supporting sales activities and campaign management. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Supporting the Sales Team across all sales activities.
* Assisting with building campaign proposals.
* Creating and running relevant reports such as MOVE, Fusion, Agile.
* Liaising with clients on campaign site lists and photography agreements.
* Communicating with Trading & CTU to build campaign site selections and prepare advertising contracts.
* Providing sales team with post analysis of advertising campaigns.
* Assisting Account Managers with Salesforce opportunities updates and closing.
* Tracking bonus delivery agreed for campaigns set by salespeople.
The ideal candidate will have solid administration skills, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, problem-solving ability, clear and persuasive communication skills, and ability to multitask and work unsupervised.
